What buyers ask us first.
Straight answers on cameras, response, coverage and cost. If yours is not here, call us.
Getting started
Do I need to buy new cameras?
Usually not. We connect to most existing cameras and recorders. If a site has no cameras, no power or no internet, we bring a mobile tower that runs on solar or hybrid power with its own cellular or satellite link.
How fast can you start?
Sites with working cameras can usually go live once the connection and response plan are set up. Towers depend on availability and site access. We confirm a start date in the proposal.
What does the site assessment include?
A specialist reviews your cameras, layout, hours and recent incidents, then sends a written plan with recommended coverage, response level and price. It is free and there is no obligation.
Monitoring and response
What happens when an alarm goes off?
AI flags the event, an operator checks the live video, and if it is real they warn the person over the speaker. If the threat continues, we follow your site plan: send our patrol, call police and contact your keyholders. You get a written report with clips afterward.
Do you really send your own guards?
Yes, in the areas where our patrol teams operate. Outside those areas we coordinate police and your own contacts. We tell you which applies to your address before you sign.
Will I be called for every alert?
No. Operators verify alerts first. You are contacted only for real events, or in the way your response plan says.
Can operators talk to people on site?
Yes. With speakers on site, operators give live warnings, describe the person and tell them they are being recorded. Sirens and strobes can be added.
Cost and contracts
How does the cost compare to an on-site guard?
For most after-hours sites, monitoring costs less than a full-time guard because one operator can watch many cameras. We quote per site after the assessment, based on cameras, hours and the response level you choose.
Can I cover several locations under one agreement?
Yes. Multi-site clients get one response standard, one portal and one set of reports across every location.
Can towers be rented for a short project?
Yes. Towers are offered for project terms and can be relocated or removed as the work changes. Terms are set in the proposal.
