How it works

A plan before the first night. A report after every call.

Good monitoring is mostly preparation. Before we go live, we agree on what counts as a threat, who gets called and when a guard is sent. Then operators follow that plan on every event.

Getting started

From first call to live monitoring.

01

Assess

A free review of your site, cameras, hours and recent incidents.

02

Design

Camera zones, schedules and any towers needed to close blind spots.

03

Agree

A written response plan: contacts, escalation order and guard coverage.

04

Connect

Cameras connected, speakers tested and towers placed if needed.

05

Go live

Monitoring starts, with a check-in after the first week to tune alerts.

Every incident

Detect, verify, deter, respond.

STEP 1

Detect

AI analytics watch every feed for people, vehicles and movement in zones you choose. Wind, animals and headlights are filtered out.

STEP 2

Verify

An operator opens the live view and confirms what is happening before anyone is woken up or dispatched.

Trained operator
STEP 3

Deter

The operator speaks to the person through the on-site speaker and can trigger sirens or lights. Many intruders leave at this point.

Live voice-down
STEP 4

Respond

If the threat continues, we send our own patrol where we have coverage and call police, keyholders or emergency services as your plan requires.

After the call

Recurring problems get fixed, not just logged.

If the same fence gap, door or blind spot keeps showing up in reports, we flag it with a recommended fix, an owner and a date. Monthly reviews show what is improving and what still needs attention.

  • Pattern reports by site, camera and time of night
  • Recommended fixes with an owner and due date
  • Monthly review call for multi-site clients
